Creative Photography Sessions
Starts at $50 per 1.5-hour session (per child)
Sessions where children participate in art projects or nature-based activities, and I capture these moments through photography. Themed sessions (e.g., “Spring Nature Adventure,” “Creative Play Day,” or “Art in the Park”) that incorporate both creative healing activities and professional photography. Parents receive memorable, high-quality photos of their children engaging in creative, playful, and healing activities, making the session both a fun experience and a keepsake. Optional packages include a creative session followed by a professionally edited photo album or digital gallery.
Whole-Child Wellness & Holistic Support
As someone deeply passionate about holistic health, I believe in nurturing the whole child — emotionally, creatively, and physically. Many of the kids I work with are neuro-divergent or have sensory sensitivities, and I’ve found creative ways to support their wellness, like making delicious fruit smoothies packed with vitamins. I love finding gentle, supportive ways to introduce kids to healthy habits through play, creativity, and curiosity — never pressure. I bring this care-centered approach into everything I do, whether it’s calming sensory play, emotional regulation through music and art, or helping picky eaters try something new through fun, hands-on activities.
Subscription options available for families wanting monthly sessions.
FAQ — Taylor’s Creative Healing Services LLC
Here are some frequently asked questions to help you feel informed and supported as you explore working with me.
Do you offer therapy or diagnoses?
No — I do not provide therapy or any form of mental health diagnosis. My services focus on creative healing, connection, child care and emotional expression through play, art, animals, nature and individualized support. I work alongside families to support a child’s growth in a non-clinical, relationship-based way.
What if my child doesn’t like art?
That’s totally okay! While creative expression is at the heart of my work, I always meet kids where they’re at — whether they love animals, video games, sports, music, or something else entirely. I use their natural interests to build trust, engagement, and a sense of safety. Art is never forced — it’s just one of many tools I offer.
Do you come to our home?
Yes! I offer in-home sessions because I believe that children thrive in familiar, low-pressure environments. This approach gives your family the freedom to avoid travel, supports transitions, and helps kids feel more relaxed and open.
Can we meet first?
Absolutely. I offer:
Free 15-minute phone or Zoom consultations to discuss your needs and see if we’re a good fit.
In-person 30-minute consultations at your home for a $25 fee (applied toward your first session if you decide to move forward).
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged the full session rate, unless in cases of emergency. I respect your time, and in return I ask that my time be respected so I can continue offering consistent care to all families.
Do you have a waitlist?
Possibly — I work closely with a limited number of families in order to give each child the time and energy they deserve. If I’m at capacity, I’ll be happy to place you on a waitlist and keep you updated.
How are your rates determined?
I set my rates and policies with great care and intention. I believe that honoring my own boundaries — including time, compensation, and energy — allows me to show up fully present and creative for the families I serve. This balance supports both my work and my well-being, so I can offer your child the focused, compassionate care they deserve.
Can services be customized for my child?
Absolutely. I believe every child is different, and I take pride in tailoring my approach to fit your family’s needs!
How does reserved time & travel work?
When families reserve consistent weekly care, that time is held exclusively for your child — and I do not offer those hours to other clients. This model helps create stability for the children I work with, and ensures I’m able to plan my schedule and income sustainably.
If your family is traveling or unavailable for any reason, I kindly ask that the time still be paid for unless I’m given at least [14+ days] notice and can fill the slot. This helps offset lost income and honors the time I’ve set aside for your family. Thank you for your understanding and support — your consistency helps me offer the best care possible to every child I work with!
What is your illness policy?
To keep everyone safe and healthy, I kindly ask that families notify me if your child is experiencing any illness beyond a mild cold — including fevers, stomach bugs, flu, COVID, or any other contagious conditions.
I work closely with multiple families and children, and want to be respectful of everyone’s well-being. I’ll always notify you if I’m feeling under the weather, though I rarely get sick and take strong precautions. If a session needs to be canceled due to illness, I just ask for as much notice as possible. Thank you for helping create a safe and caring environment for all!
What are your nap time expectations?
During naps, I remain fully on duty and continue to monitor your child — either directly or via video baby monitor if available.
This quiet time allows me to stay nearby and responsive while also tending to light household tasks, prepping for upcoming activities, or doing administrative work. If your family has specific preferences around how you’d like this time to be used (e.g., laundry, dishes, or personal downtime), I’m happy to discuss and accommodate where possible.
Can we book you for long-term or short-term care?
While I do offer both short-term and long-term support, I strongly believe that children experience the greatest benefits from our work together when we have at least a few months to build trust, connection, and momentum.
Consistency allows us to go deeper, tailor our sessions more meaningfully, and create lasting impact. That said, I’m always happy to discuss your family’s unique needs — whether you're looking for help during a transition, support over the summer, or a longer-term partnership.
How do payments work?
I accept payment through Venmo, and I send weekly payment requests on the day of services for your convenience.
If needed, I’m happy to provide receipts for tax or reimbursement purposes — just let me know! If your family prefers another payment method, please reach out and we can discuss options.
What if my child has pet allergies?
Great question! My dog Zoey, a gentle and friendly presence, may occasionally accompany me. If your child has any pet allergies or sensitivities, please contact me directly before booking so we can discuss accommodations and ensure a safe, comfortable experience for your family.
